Is this reunion for Greeks only?

No, this reunion is made for ALL of us. No one is excluded.

Are children able to attend the weekend events?

Children are welcome to come to all of the reunion events except the All-White Soiree and Gala.

Will this reunion happen every year?

Yes, this is an annual event that will be held the first weekend in June. This is not subject to change.

Is this reunion for a specific graduating class?

Absolutely not! This reunion is open to ALL alumni as well as faculty, staff, spouses, children, friends, etc. This reunion was created for ALL of us!

Where will the events be held?

The reunion events will be held at various venues throughout Beavercreek and Downtown Dayton. For specific venue information, please visit the Itinerary page.

Are special hotel rates available?

Do you accept donations?

Ticket FAQs

I purchased an All-Event Combo ticket, does this automatically register me for the reunion?

No, Registration is completely separate from the event tickets. Please see the Registration FAQs for more details.

Where can I find information on ticket prices?

What is the refund policy for the event tickets?

Super Early Bird and Early Bird tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Regular tickets can be transferred at any time and are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reunion.

I purchased a regular ticket but I am no longer able to attend the reunion, how do I transfer my ticket?

If your ticket is a Super Early Bird or Early Bird, transfers are not available. However, if you purchased a regular priced ticket, you may transfer your ticket by logging into your Universe account.

I purchased event tickets but I am no longer able to attend the reunion, how do I get a refund?

If your ticket is a Super Early Bird or Early Bird, refunds are not available. However, if you purchased a regular priced ticket, you may request a refund by logging into your Universe account.

I can't find the email confirmation regarding my tickets. How can I find the tickets I purchased?

If you did not create a Universe login at the time of your ticket purchase, please send an email to blacktieweekend@gmail.com for assistance.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, your tickets can be scanned directly from your mobile phone.

I purchased a combo ticket but I only have 1 ticket for all events. Will the same ticket work for multiple events?

Yes, your ticket will work for each event that is included in your combo purchase. However, your ticket is only valid for one use during each event.
