Why is registration necessary?
Registration is an extremely important part of the planning process for the BLACKtie Alumni Weekend. Understanding the number of alumni that will be in attendance helps the committee estimate the amount of resources that will be needed.
What are the benefits of registering?
Each registrant will receive a gift bag, a welcome packet and a T-Shirt. Registrants will automatically be entered into numerous raffle drawings and will also receive special discounts offered only to registered attendees.
Is registration required in order to attend the BLACKtie events?
No, registration is not required.
My spouse and I both attended WSU and we both intend to register. Is there a discount available for multiple registrations from one household?
Yes, when registering both yourself and your spouse/significant other, you will receive $5 off of your double registration. This discount does not apply if spouses/significant others register separately.
Are registration fees refundable or transferable?
No. If you are unable to attend after your registration fees have been paid, please contact us to make arrangements to receive your registration items (Welcome Packet, Gift Bag and T-Shirt).
Will I be able to register in person during the Registration events?
Yes, you may register during the weekend. However, the Welcome Packets, Gift Bags, Free Shirts and Reserved Gala Seating are subject to availability. Online registration ensures that you will receive all items provided for registered attendees.
I purchased event tickets, does that mean I'm already registered?
No, purchasing event tickets does not register you for the weekend. To register for the weekend, you must complete a registration form and pay the associated fee.
