If your group of friends, family or organizational members are attending the BLACKtie Alumni Weekend Family Festival and would like to reserve a space just for yourself, look no further.

Option 1 – $25.00

  • Designated Space Only – 10′ x 10′ area
  • Groups are responsible for providing their own tent/canopy, chairs, tables, as well as the set-up, break-down and removal of those items.

Group Reservation FAQs

What is the deadline to reserve space for our group?

The deadline to reserve your space is May 20, 2017.

Can anyone reserve a space at the festival or is this option only available to formal organizations?

Yes! This option is available to anyone who would like designated space during the festival. Regardless if your group is part of a nationally known organization, a group of friends, or a just one person, anyone can purchase designated space.

Can we purchase more than one space?

You sure can. You may purchase up to three spaces through our Reservation Form. Multiple spaces included under one reservation will be arranged side by side unless specifically requested to separate them.

Can we bring our own food to the festival?

Groups are welcome to bring their own food to the festival. However, we strongly encourage your support of the vendors that will be present.

Can we decorate our area with balloons, signs, etc.?

Absolutely! Feel free to have fun and be creative with your decorations. Please be sure that all decorations are appropriate to be seen by children. Any decorations or signs that contain vulgar language or messaging will have to be removed.

Under the "Option 1" reservation, is our group responsible for the set-up and break-down of any tables and chairs we'd rent from you?

No, any items provided by us such as tents, tables and chairs will be delivered, set-up, broken down and removed for you at no additional charge.

Who is responsible for the clean up of our space?

Groups are responsible for keeping their designated areas clean and free of trash. We ask that all trash, food and beverages, supplies, decorations, tables, chairs, or any other items provided by your group are discarded or removed prior to your departure.

Large trash bags will be provided for your convenience.
